PlanitEasy is a tool that grows with you!  Agency owners love the ability to scale their business without having to switch their tech stack. Planiteasy has helped various travel agencies small and large grow with all of the tools they need to be successful.

What is new and exciting that you're looking forward to sharing with this year's delegates?
We are looking forward to adding an advisor app for advisors to use while they are on the go! We also look forward to implementing multiple languages to our itineraries for clients that speak other languages.

The travel industry is forever evolving.  What are some of the trends you're seeing, and what initiatives is your brand developing to support travel agency owners and their teams' sales efforts?
Itineraries and proposal designs are really important to advisors, since this is what the clients are presented with. We have recently come out with a new classic design which advisors can share with their clients. 

What are your traditional commission structures?
Our software allows advisors and agency owners  to manage IC’s with their individual commissions for back office management.

Why should travel agency owners encourage their frontline sales force to book your brand as a preferred partner?
It offers everything that a growing travel agency needs. It is a time saver on so many fronts. PlanitEasy gives advisors easy access to manage all advisors, track commissions, and keep clients information organized and safe.

What tools/technologies do you have in place to support travel advisors; and do they integrate into current available technologies?  If yes, which ones?
To mention a few, we are integrated with Stripe Connect to accept direct payments from the clients. Our technology allows advisors to integrate with Sabre for trip syncing. Our supplier integrations access live data; our cruise selling advisors LOVE the itineraries we generate! Our currency conversion tool is very helpful with international travel and tracking of commissions too!

When communicating with your company, what can travel advisors expect (ie turnaround time, dedicated point person, etc.)?
We pride ourselves on our customer support. Not only do we have a 24/7 chat feature but we also provide unlimited one-on-one zoom screen sharing sessions to ensure success with our tool.

What advice can you share with agency owners as we prepare for 2025?
The travel industry is growing as we see it and clients are looking for that exclusively curated trip. Having tools like Planiteasy to help you deliver that proposal and manage their trip every step of the way is essential.
